Return Policy

At Mopetpet, we’re committed to the satisfaction of our customers and their beloved pets. We understand that sometimes a product may not be the right fit for your pet, and we aim to make the return process as smooth as possible.

Return Eligibility:

  • Products can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
  • Opened or used products, for health and safety reasons, cannot be returned unless they are defective.
  • Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for returns unless they are defective.

How to Return:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at sales@mopetpet.co.uk to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Pack Your Items: Securely pack the items in the original packaging, including any tags and manuals.

  3. Return Shipping: You will be provided with a return shipping label. Attach it to your package and drop it off at the nearest shipping center. Please note, unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  4. Processing: Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and process your refund. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed.

  5. Refund: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Defective or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a defective item or if we have sent the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will replace the item at no additional cost or provide a full refund.

Exchanges:

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
